Form Dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a hot 350 oven until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. I used parchment paper, they are a light airy lemon treat, I recommend a great deal of attention be paid to the quality control step. Id make twice as many as you need because youre gonna eat at least half. So good.
