Many people go out of their way to avoid monosodium glutamate, commonly known as MSG, which is a processed food additive and a known neuro-toxin. MSG has been linked to creating symptoms such as; migraines, seizures, ADD/ADHD, heart palpitations, tremors and many, many others.
