Many people who raise heritage animals do, in fact, break the law. They sell a higher quality and healthier meat product than you could ever get from a commercial enterprise without sending it through the processing centers (where it would be contaminated by the e-coli and alkali-hydroxides used to kill e-coli) used by commercial meat packers and approved by agricultural commissions, additionally they sell milk that has not been pasteurized, the likes of which sustained your ancestors for last ten thousand years, or like the kind that came from you nursing mother. These people commit these crimes. They follow the old ways. The sell a higher quality product and they fully inform their consumers on what they are getting, and that is their real crime. That is what corporate agriculture cant stand and lobbies against, that is what brings the storm troopers.
