Many states require by law that companies send out letters 60-90 - TopicsExpress

Many states require by law that companies send out letters 60-90 days minimum before making a change. Obamacare offers multiple choices including no insurance, medicaid and, supposedily, to allow the holder to keep the policy. Therefore the insurance company can only cancel the policy unless they are being paid to sign up individuals into that individuals choice of policy. The laws also give consumers the right to cancel [within a given number of days] without penalty any contract if the do not want to keep the contract. But Obama ignores that law and is going to have IRS tax [per the supreme court] them for not having insurance they do not need or want. Does this concept seem to violate some rules of commerce of value for value?
