Many thanks to all who have inquired and sent good wishes! I went to the orthopedist today for a follow-up visit regarding my broken shoulder. I still have many restrictions and will be in a sling for quite a while. Physical therapy will begin in a couple of weeks, moving from exercises for stretching and for loosening the joints to strengthening exercises. I am still very sore, but there is peace of mind in having a plan for recovery!
