Marajaw na hapon to all my DSWD-KC-NCDDP colleagues here in Caraga. Today marks the last day of my official tour of duty here as Regional Community Infrastructure Specialist. My decision to leave this wonderful place and nice people whom I learned to love is the most difficult in my entire colorful professional career. The DSWD management and staff, the KC-NCDDP colleagues, the local government units, and especially the communities, whom I passionately worked with for the last 4 years, 6 months and 12 days are already part of my life.. My work here in Caraga is not only fulfilling but full of rich experience that I can surely use in venturing into my new position and assignment in my home Cebu City, Region 7. I know that the tasks and challenges ahead are enormous but I can use my Caraga experience as an inspiration to lessen them. To the management and staff of DSWD especially the NPD, DNPD, NPM, RD and ARDs, the KC NCDDP staff, especially the engineers, the LGUs especially the MCTs, and the community volunteers, I thank you for all the support you had given me all through the 1,632 days that I was here. You will always be a part of my life. Marajaw na salamat.
