Marc Garafano My Name is Marc Garafano. I am a Navy Veteran and currently the V.P. of Staten Island Fleet Week. We are hosting 4 ships in May during our annual Fleet Week festivities. We are trying to raise funds to help support the troops when they arrive during Fleet Week.
