Marias grandmother had a restaurant on Brady Street, Beyond the Sea, and on Sundays they always got special sausage from Gloriosos Italian Deli. Going with the tradition, we took a trip to Gloriosos and picked up their seasonal sausage made with fresh basil, Asiago cheese and marsala wine. For tonights special, Rigatoni Della Nonna, the sausage is grilled, sliced and placed atop a bed of rigatoni pasta that is tossed in a sauce made with tomatoes, onions, garlic and white wine. The dish is topped with roasted eggplant and fresh mozzarella. Join us for dinner - reservations at 262-284-9311!
