Mark Knight rocks. I am super duper sick with the stomach yuck that swept theough the kiddos last week... He cooked some of the best ribs (I had a tiny taste) in the smoker and fried. Potatoes and black eye pea salad...the kiddos ate like champs. (I didnt eat anything) AND he baked chocolate chip cookies for the first time in his life! All so I didnt have to touch the food and/or infect the whole srinkin house.
