Marketing Manager Needed Based in Shah Alam Requirements: • Degree in Marketing or its equivalent • Min 3-4 years working experiences in Marketing and Brand Management (experience in Professional hair care industry will be an added advantage) • Preferable Chinese Female • Fluent in English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects • Dynamic, pro-active, aggressive, creative and willing to strive for excellence • Team player with good interpersonal skills • Work independently with minimum supervision Job Descriptions : • To ensure effectiveness & efficiency in implementation of all sales & promotion / education strategies • To develop Marketing & advertising strategies for 5 brands , • Brand management & liaison with principle on new products development, Forecast order, product pricing & registration of products & sales analysis • To prepare accurate & timely reports for business review • Identify new products development & launch plans in accordance to guideline and local market requirement. • Inventory management & SKUs rationalization to ensure optimal stocks level • Monitor brands performance by SKUs & by range • Develop annual A&P plans to deliver targeted revenue / sales target, and marketing expenditure for the brands • Monitor & review the cost effectiveness and efficiency in spending • Maintain & reflect consistent brand identity • Develop POS materials & merchandising tools for all 5 brands • Develop & manage effectively working relationship with business partners / suppliers / salon owners • Proactively seek new opportunities and develop biz plans. • Develop & maintain close customer relationship • Monitor industry trends & competitors activities • Salary 5500 – 7500 (depends on candidate’s working experience) • Working hours : 0830 – 0600PM (M-F) Interested candidates; kindly send your updated resume : andy.khoo@adecco
