Maroon Bells....Aspen, Colorado--going to sleep for the winter...probably my last visit for the season until winter...its hard to get a sunny day with no wind this time of year....I love the algae that formed on the lake bottom this year..... I used the rocks at the bottom of the frame to show depth, but they ended up adding this really cool aesthetic to the shot..... It is almost as if I was it to be the reflection of the mountain but isnt....yet its all the same color. I like this one...Ive shot this spot quite a lot because its up the street from my place but this one is unique to me.....
