Marshall Rossbach 4 hours ago The largest body of water on our planet is now contaminated with radioactivity. There is a situation in fukushima Japan (right now) that needs the eyes of the world upon it. It is no longer Tepcos problem, it is no longer Japans problem....it is our problem. The truth is, that in a worst case scinerio much of the northern hemisphere could be rendered uninhabitable! Lets not let that happen. The greatest minds in science and engineering that our global community can possibly offer, need to step in right now, to limit the leathal contamination of radiation to our planet, and take over the so called clean up operation. Acually, it CANNOT be cleaned up but it needs to be shut down. It will never be cleaned up but it is imperative that we limit the releases of radioactive isotopes into this planets environment. Again.... In a worst case scinerio, there could be a nuclear chain reaction that could force the plant operators to abandon the plant and run as the world watches hoplesly, and all life as we know it, would be...........well, you do the math. We should have never re-created the energy of sun here on earth, and we should have never harnessed that energy for anything, and we MOST DEFINITELY should have never allowed for profit only corporations to hold the fate of humanity in their hands. Lets remove Tepco, lets put in the greatest minds we can, lets flood this problem with all the worlds currency, and lets end nuclear power before its too late.
