Martin Luther King would say - I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream One hundred days later, the Kenyan Citizen lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred days later, the Kenyan Citizen is still languishing in the Kenyan society and finds himself an exile in his own land So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition. 100 days later the Kenyan citizen is being asked to celebrate promises that are not for their own good and never will be 100 days late even the basic functions of government and county government have not been initiated. It is a shameful condition that the sitting government and constituent counties have nothing to show and have no apologies to make. We can not sit here in the fierce urgency of now and This is not time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. We must not miss this moment We must not miss to take the chances that are upon us to realize that no one shall build this nation but us. No one shall have that will until we do. We must voice what we want and speak it out to one another. As grown up there is no longer baba KANU na Mama Jogoo. We must dream
