Marwyn and Martell are two 3-month-old kittens that were found at the Route 66 Casino a few weeks ago, and even though visitors would often toss food to them they had never received any real human interaction or been touched. People up close were considered quite the scary monsters! Having been born feral and never having any human interaction, they became quite frightened once caught and transported here to Animal Humane So, our expert Behavior Team created and implemented a desensitization and counter conditioning plan to change the way they felt about people…… And after a few weeks with our Team, we have this video to show, and theyre now both available for adoption! Sue, our Senior Behavior Specialist, says that Marwyn is sure to become a certified lap cat with continued love, while his brother Martell seems to prefer the more adventurous side of life.
