Mass call out to all my FNQ peeps - Were coming up for the whole September holidays and we have a beautiful private beach at Yarrabah that weve been given permission to camp on for a week. Theres 5 of us, and we were HOPING to be able to borrow a tent from someone up there that will sleep all of us as well as store our stuff in so that we dont have to lug our huge 2 room canvas tent. Were also meeting up with another sister from the embassy while up there and hoping to take a road trip with Uncle Judulu Neal up to Wujal Wujal Mission and Hopevale Mission to talk embassy business and invite them down to the G20 protest in November, but despite there being a possibility for fund raising money for it from an ally collective, none of the hire companies up there allow their hire cars (in our case, people mover) to go off road, which makes that impossible unless someone knows of a solution? Is there anyone who can help us out or who knows someone who can help us out?
