Master Chief is a male pit about 2 years old and scheduled to die at noon today. My Animal ID # is A1019714. Master Chief ACED his behavior evaluation. A volunteer writes: Master Chief (aka MC) absolutely adores other dogs and much as he enjoys hanging with his human, when he sees a fellow pooch they quickly become the star attraction and he whines and pulls to play with his new furry friend. With such a distracted model its near impossible to accurately capture his good looks but let me assure you, MC is one handsome chestnut-colored hunk! Vibrant and healthy as he is, its also clear his former life probably wasnt all sunshine and smiles. He sports the elbow callouses of a much-crated dog as well as one slightly bowed front leg - perhaps an old injury healed poorly? - which doesnt seem to cause him any pain and just serves to give his gait an adorably jaunty swagger. MC lives to explore and hes a fine walker, seemingly very house trained as he alternates between using the facilities and sniffing (and occasionally tasting) anything and everything in his path. Energetic yet easy-going, this good boy totally aced his behavior assessment and with a relaxed attitude, no guarding issues and the best possible score in doggie socialization skills, MC would be a great fit for almost any home.
