Master Sergeant Angelo Goodwyn, United States Marine Corps (Retired) formerly of Newark, New Jersey crossed over to glory on Tuesday June 17, 2014 at his home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his father, George Goodwyn. Survivors include; Cynethia Goodwyn; two children- daughter Mykhol “Tia” (James) Bailey; son Aaron; his mother, Mary Goodwyn; 5 siblings- his sister Brenda, and brothers: Michael, Bryan Keith, Edwin Aldrin, George Lamont; a host of family and loved ones. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at the Judah Temple AME Zion Church 14500 Mount Oak Rd, Bowie/Mitchellville, MD 20121 with reception to follow. Final internment service was held on Saturday June 28, 2014 in Newark, New Jersey.
