Mastering The Chakras An eight week workshop with Spiritual Medium Patti Sinclair In this eight week workshop we will unfold the magical healing powers contained within each chakra center. Using the outline created by world renowned chakra healer, Anodea Judith, in her book Wheels of Life, we will learn in depth ways to heal, open and utilize the energy centers known as the chakra (sha-kra) system. There are many chakra centers but we will focus on the seven major centers and also the lesser known, eighth center, of the ear chakra. In this class you will be asked to study along with the guide in the text book each week and prepare for class accordingly. This workshop is meant for the serious student who is willing and open to challenging his or herself to reach new heights of inner healing and awareness. The class outline will be intense but will also remain fun and interactive! Each week we will use guided meditation, music sharing, and spiritual/physical exercises to open each center. Beginning at the root center the first week and working our way to the final crown center on the eighth week. You will finish this workshop with an open and healed chakra system.
