Matthew 24:6 King James Version (KJV) 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.....................We are in very scary times but lets remember the verse above and not be troubled. Whatever happens in this world, as us Christians are all in Gods hands. Trust me even as one is sickened, appalled and potentially worried at current events, remember to trust in God no matter what. This world and its insanities is temporary.............. Isaiah 17 warns us of Damascus being a ruinous heap. Damascus being a city that is thousands of years old, obviously to right now still exists, so the prophecy deniers cant claim that one already happened. In the past while Damascus had enemies, this verse from Isaiah 17 points to a future event: Isaiah 17:12 Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters! 13 The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. 14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.
