It was one of the most destructive fires in US history. It burned for over 7 weeks. The smoke could be seen from outer space. Over 750,000 acres of land were destroyed. 3600 homes were burned. 22 people lost their lives.13000 Firefighters were called in to battle the blaze that stretched across 4 counties. The industry value of destruction was 2.5 billion dollars. The fire was started by one man: Sergio Martinez. It’s the place of initial ignition. It’s the point that a fire is started. It’s that one person that sparks revival. It’s the first person that decides the status quo is no longer sufficient. Think about it. Isn’t it time that a fire was started in your church? In your town?
