May get a bit of stick for this post... just arrived back from my disney trip it was my 14th time! Been going since I was a child I even worked there for a summer... I was so excited to go with a first timer and show them how great disney is... However I was so disappointed this time with cast member service... just the little things really for example when queuing in a cafe in the park we got oi, are u paying cash or what just little things like that, that would have never happened. I actually got a bit embarrassed and upset by it all because I really had built it up! Just wondering if anyone else has found this? X
