Maybe I shouldnt type this post but I kinda feel I have to. Literally everyday I get phone calls, emails, texts asking about Bootcamp / personal training and how I can help people. Which is awesome, shows my names out there Im generating business. What I dont get is when I answer phone calls to potential leads and they bombard me with stupid questions. 1. Yes my bootcamp is indoors and sorry, I can not take the roof off just for you. If you want to train outside, please seek an outdoor bootcamp. 2. The studio isnt tiny, its small yes but thats because there are 35 people in the photo. 3. No, the size of the studio doesnt restrict the effect of the workout. 4. I can not guarantee you will lose 3 stone in a certain amount of time. That is plain stupid and I know absolutely nothing about you. 5. The times and amounts of sessions are enough to get great results. Like its been proven. 6. Its not that pricey. Youve been offered cheaper by someone else which is no problem. But I value myself and I will not lower the price based on other prices youve been given. 7. Again, I will not tell you how long it will take for you to lose 3 stone. 8. If what youre doing for the last three years isnt working and Im asking you to change it then please listen. You cant expect to do the same thing for another three years and see different results. Really? 9. If youre not prepared to change then now isnt the time for you. 10. Just because youve been told youre going to be doing some funky ass exercises that doesnt guarantee youll have a better workout or lose more weight. Whoever tells you that is a pillock. Fortunately most people that contact me are ready to start and arent seeing which Bootcamp is cheaper or in a bigger area, or does more exercises with a tyre. And when youre on the phone, dont start talking to me as if you know whats best for you. Youve gone through years of weight gain by repeatedly doing the same thing over and over again. So you clearly dont know whats best for you otherwise you wouldnt be calling me, an expert in fitness and nutrition. Thanks
