Maybe its time to start cracking down on those people who avoid paying tax and get rid of all the loopholes that allow the mega-rich to continually move the tax burden to the PAYE taxpayers? Instead of cutting company tax, cut PAYE and PAYG taxpayers rate as they will spend the money back into the economy. Abbot will go down as the worst PM in history, I thought Gillard and Rudd set the benchmark, but this guy is in a league of his own. The election results in Victoria on Saturday night should tell him that we dont want to turn into Little America where the poor and disadvantaged are screwed into the ground whilst the 1% live it up at everyone elses expense, people dont want to pay to go the GP as they already pay via Medicare and we dont want to live in a theocracy driven by right wing zealots and right to lifers. Abbot is a liability now and will be gone before the next election. At least Saturday night has stopped the tide in its tracks of taking us back to conservative 1950 Australia.
