Meals update; I will get this on a daily feed at some stage!! Wednesday; porridge for breakfast; turkey with spinach and cottage cheese on sesame roll for lunch, one third of a scone with jam (I kid you not; working late so had to share with the lads!), snacks of melon, plums and apple juice. Thursday: porridge for breakfast, lunch was bacon, scrambled egg and brown bread, roast chicken, veg and mashed potato (no pic), snacks was a juice from Zumo and some dark chocolate.
