Meanwhile, in the Great Defence Colony Nullah Episodes, Season 2 starts with discovering that apparently the authorities have done some garbage and silt removal from the Defence Colony part near Ring Road, and transported almost all of it to the Andrews Ganj part of the Nullah South of and upstream. In another interesting exchange, a very fine gentleman claiming to be from the PWD gave me a lecture on how- 1) It is not PWDs responsibility to keep nullahs clean, they are there only to build. 2) It is not the Governments responsibility to keep nullahs clean, people must do so. 3) There are far too many people, so Government should reduce the number of people. Now I understand why we are looking at plague, dengue and encephalitis. Do you? Obviously, a PG has been filed as GNCTD/E/2014/03438 pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx
