Medium-rare please! Porterhouse steak cooked in a Lodge Signature Series cast iron skillet using the Constant Flip/Hot Oil method. Seasoned generously with kosher salt and cooked in oil, flipping the steak every 30 seconds, spooning hot oil over the upside with every flip. Added more kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and a homemade steak rub on the last 4 flips. Stellar! #castiron #lodge #lodgecastiron
