Medyo mahaba po at english si kuya Lets give him advice po guys Salamat po From KSA Hi PEBA. Hope you can or your valued followers extend significant advice or insight on my plan. I am supposed to be a Med Rep-Salesman here in Riyadh. Im done with my initial 2-yr. standard contract. But never went home because I was not permitted to do so due to the nature of my job as my employer told me. My employer offered me a contract renewal of three years again and I signed it. In short, I worked for him for almost 3 straight yrs. now. My salary now compared to my first contract is almost 50% increased but the problem is, all other promises and benefits as verbally transpired during the contract renewal signing are not met. Like, car issuance, commission share since I dont have car to actually work as salesman on field. Right now, for almost 3 yrs. too, I dont work as a real salesman but an office employee instead. Hence, as I assess my current situation here, I am planning to discontinue my new 3-yr. contract since he (employer) did not materialized what he had promised. I am wanting to resign immediately after I finish another year and that would be on September 2014. Now, my question is, if I insist my resignation that time notwithstanding my existing contract, and he (my employer) would agree given the situation that he has no choice, can I still get the service benefit for my first completed 2 year, and all other benefits entitled to Filipino workers as per Saudi Labor law? What would the best move so I could be able to freely exit from the Kingdom without derogatory record so should there be better opportunities to other companies in the Kingdom, when I wish to come back anytime, I could still enter without fear and interventions?
