Meemo is a good-looking, one-year-old Tibetan Terrier mix who was dumped at Manhattan ACC when his owner of two months was diagnosed with diabetes. Not sure how that suddenly kept them from taking care of Meemo, but lets quickly skip that question. Instead, lets look at Meemo, for whom someone probably paid a nice sum at some pet store, less than a year ago. Meemo did very poorly on his partial SAFER. Theres no other way to say it. Interestingly, he did well on the dog-to-dog item, even though said former owner claims he doesnt like other dogs. Meemo is full of mysteries. Hes way too young to be as naughty as his shelter behavior would indicate. He could be petrified, he could have been bounced around one too many times in his short life, he could just be one of those pain-in-the-butt-but-I-love-him-so-much kinda dogs. Its almost impossible to tell. No volunteer bio, no fancy photos. Just a young dog, hoping for a miracle...
