Meet Honey, a 2 year-old brown/white pit bull mix. She came all the way from NC to join All Breed Rescue. She has been through a lot in her 2 years of life, including not only birthing at least 1 litter of puppies, but also being surrendered to a high-kill shelter by her original owner due to financial hardship. None of this was Honeys fault, and this beautiful girl deserves a second chance at life! Honey is a happy-go-lucky girl who enjoys everything from snuggling on the couch to taking car rides with her hooman. Sometimes she may get a little overexcited, but she cant help it! Shes so full of life and love! Honey adores walks outside and performs relatively well on a leash using a normal dog collar. She understands and follows basic commands such as heel, sit, and paw. Honey doesnt get along with all dogs, and she can be fairly choosy with who she selects to be her doggie friends. She does best with dogs that are close to her 60 pound physique. However, Honey absolutely loves people!!! She will shower you with kisses and give you all the tail wiggles you could ever want. Honey is ready to find her forever family and give them the unconditional love that only a dog can give. Could this be with you?
