Meet Joanie, a 4-year-old female Doxie surrendered to DRSF today. Sticking with todays theme, Joanie too is overweight, weighing 25 lbs as a tweenie who should be about 15 lbs. Shes very affectionate, giving out kisses to the DRSF team despite being given up today.
