Meet Katri Havu, MEPLIs newest visiting fellow! She will be joing MEPLI as of Monday, 17 March, and will be giving a MEPLI Talk very soon. Details to follow! Katri Havu is a postdoctoral researcher. Her research interests include the interaction between EU law and national legal orders, EU law in national courts and EU competition law. She is also interested in legal theory and regulation theory. Her doctoral dissertation dealt with damages actions that relate to EU competition law. Moreover, Katri has recently started researching contracting practices and regulation of contract terms in the context of online business models. Katris home university is the University of Helsinki in Finland.
