Meet and Eat Tuesday Night Dear Friends and Members, Sarah Shepherd and Pedro Machado will be hosting a discussion and question and answer session on Creative Financing and Property Management. The meeting will be at Newks 2200 N Germantown Parkway tomorrow night (Tuesday October 21st). Come at 6 pm to eat and network with the speakers and other local investors! The meeting will start at 6:30 pm. There is no charge for the meeting and everyone is invited to attend. About the speakers ... Sarah and Pedro run Hassle Free Homes, a property management alternative specializing in leasing homes from owners who need to generate income from their homes, but dont want to be hands-on landlords. As part of their investing business, they also purchase homes using creative financing techniques and rehab properties to sell or rent. Come tomorrow night with any questions that you might have. Bring any deal opportunities you may need help structuring. Pedro and Sarah will go over a couple of their recent creative financing deals and answer questions afterwards.
