Meeting last night here is what was discussed: 1. RAMA AKATENITENI - Still to be held on the 27th Sat 6pm @ Clayton CICUC Hall Bethel. This years convener Merida Daniel visioned to have a praise n worship crusade type of Rama where all our young ppl come together to praise n worship God with the Theme being Empower our youth to Reconnect to Christ. Yth with composed songs to see Merida, Steve, Roto n myself. There will also be a food stall run by the grp that went to Atiu for convention. Menu is Chkn curry n rice with drinks funds will be going back into YCV acc for the YCV. 2. VAIPAE DINNER HOST - Tue 23rd Sep 6pm @ Bethel. Food allocation are as follows: DANDENONG - Meat CLAYTON - Seafood N. PARK - Kinaki H. Park - Pot foods inc Mayonaise, salads MULGRAVE - Drinks & Desert We will also have a envelope to give on the night by collections whatever you can contribute. Thanks 3. CLAYTON YTH WIMBLEDON TENNIS OPEN - This sat 20th Sep @ Wantirna Tennis Club address: Cnr of Burwood & Mountain Hwy, Wantirna. Time 10am - 4pm. Chose your 10 best players to rep your yth. $20 per team which equates to $2 per player to help with the costs of hiring courts. Round robin games winner recieves a sponsored trophy. Stall on the day selling sausage sizzles and chkn rolls with drinks. Free fruits for guests. Bring your kids has a closed off fence with playground inside. Rules will be detailed on the day. 4. FEEDBACK FROM KONITARA EKALESIA MEETING - Parents are supportive of yths programs and are there to give directions if they feel the need to. Policies and procedures are those in our manual book for CICC therefore will run a workshop on Sat11th Oct 9am-4pm @ Bethel. Topics are: 1. Church Policies 2. Youth & Church 3. Tithes so please make every effort young ppl to be there. Our cry have been heard by our parents and are accomodating for it. Meeting started at 4.45pm and ended at 5.25pm.
