Megan Kelly, non journalist extraordinaire. She stated that there is a law in Colorado that allows people to print ballots out at home and (raised finger quotation marks by Ms Kelly) turn them over to collectors, thereby encouraging voter fraud in the closely contested elections in Colorado. Turns out there is such a law, but not limited to Colorado. It allows military personnel overseas to file absentee ballots more easily. Fact distorted Kelly should be required to file a retraction, in air, no later than Monday!
