Fairfield Pond, USA ->$170 million This is considered the largest residential complex in all America and is the property of Ira Leon Rennert. Stretched over 25 acres it has 29 bedrooms, 39 baths, and a living room measuring almost 28 meters, 5 sports courts, a bowling alley and a hot tub that comes with a price tag of $150,000. 3.
