Memories, Happiness, Life and Legacy I must share this! As in so many lessons in life I wish I learned much earlier. Lets start with the top 5 regrets people say on their death bed. Stay with me! I wish I hadnt worked so hard. I wish I let myself be happier. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends. I wish I had the courage to express my true self. I wish had lived a life true to my dreams, instead of what others expected of me. This being said, keep in mind our lives are very simply the sum of our memories. So in any role Artist, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Friend..we must inspire others and create meaningful memories for them! Some of the best memories shared and absorbed are doing nothing with each other or playing a simple game, aligning in an experience together like watching your favorite musicians for example. It is your non verbal communication that creates that memory! After all we are visual creatures! We have incredible facial and visual memories and in the case of music I believe; No! I know as does a smell; it unlocks life!! It creates priceless memories and unlocks ones we thought were gone. Oddly enough it is most important to live in the now! Stay with me! We spend most of our lives being distracted by our own thoughts, and now I know why I gain so much by attempting to live in the now! It has been proven that if you practice these actions you can improve your non distracted life moments and in turn create meaningful memories for yourself and others!! Try these exercises! Why? Because small changes ripple forward!! Write 3 things you are grateful for.. ..journal..exercise.. Meditate.. Most importantly at least for me is doing random acts of kindness!! I finally figured out why I gain so much satisfaction in doing so!! Still with me? As an artist I found a Secret if you will, purely by accident but fueled by the non verbal communication of others:) I get payed by watching peoples reactions to my paintings. Sounds crazy, but we all know I am somewhat mad as are most artists. The whole process of producing art is an act of faith in a way .. to will something into existence.. A single vision given life by others vision!!! My art has no life in my living room. It is given life by you!! by others, by its viewers! As in any movement or revolution it is not the leader that is important. The first follower is the most important because he transforms the lone nut into a leader! ~~~~New followers ~~emulate the follower!~ It is about the movement, the revolution and its followers. Leadership is over rated!! Have the courage to follow and encourage others to follow! This is why your manager, your coach, your family, your loved ones are so important!! They symbolize your first follower. I am so blessed to have discovered my calling because I can accomplish and create so many memories for myself and others. Stay with me! Once I was able to understand that my first few followers are my equal; I was enlightened! I always felt the need to start a movement a revolution with my art, and the constant stress of being misunderstood, or just plain crazy, odd, or a ridiculous dreamer slowed my progress but eventually fueled my action! I walk the walk, I create for my own health but more importantly to express no regrets on my death bed. A mission if you will to express gratitude in my last moments! Remember, our lives are the sum of our memories!! So spread your inspiration and create memories! I am extremely blessed to be able to create memories with my art; for me the ultimate gift!, a non verbal, visual memory that has poured from my heart and mind into your life! I paint to preserve a moment in my imagination that is then shaped by the sound of music, the lyrics, and the energy between the crowd and band. My presence is a very unusual dynamic, an existence in a bass dominated moment of color, shapes, and motion. I am in my own world in a room abundant with vibration, and humanity! I stand alone up there, but have the honor to create memories without a single word! If you follow what my brush says, you are my equal! I humbly gaze to the sky knowing I have started a movement a revolution! You may laugh, but try to forget the image of your favorite painting! the sound of your favorite song! or the smile from one of your loved ones or followers! You cannot, because it becomes you! Thank you for listening and seeing my vision! We are all followers and together we create meaningful lives for each other. I hope you can picture one of my paintings and remember this valuable information from my soul! After all you might not remember the words, but you will remember the image! Lets start a Revolution and create meaningful memories together!!:) Challenge yourself to pursue your dreams with a mission of no regrets! Work hard but remember the in the now moments are the ones that stick. We remember when we are engaged! Thats why I attempt to engage you with live art! If you attempt to do what you love and fail as I have done many times, at least you wont regret not trying. All my failures turned into a dream come true. True happiness lies within. We are taught to work hard, be successful and then you will be happy???? Familiarize yourself with the present moment! Be successful in each moment. Create lasting memories, be engaged, be happy now! It really comes down to how you react to negative or positive circumstance, not the circumstance.
