Men & Women of the Hawaii Civil War Roundtable: It is my pleasure to confirm what you can see from the pictures...our living history at TROPIC LIGHTNING was a complete success! First and foremost, the Kealoha story will find its way into the museum and base papers. Hopefully, we will see some 25th Inf. Div. representation in two weeks! Secondly, we welcomed new members Joel, Craig, and Fr. Rick to our ranks (Fr. Rick had an operating 1861 vintage telegraph! A unique addition to our capabilities!). Third, we recruited at least two new members and planted a the seeds in a few more minds! Finally, we were able to do some squad drill, various firing orders, and bayonet drill, again, adding to our growing repertoire of capabilities. I will otherwise allow the photos to speak for themselves. Thanks to all who participated! I look forward to seeing the HCWRT turn out en massed on the 25th! Onipaa!
