Men of God by themselves are not controversial people..... It is the spin that immatured christians, unbelievers and half baked reporters place on what they say that makes them controversial....... having followed Dr Otabil for sometime, I have no doubt in my mind that he believes in the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous to change impossible situations. There are countless biblical accounts of how prayer changed the destinies of individuals and nations. ....... it is obvious that he was quoted out of context....... for example as a Dentist, my clients may leave my office with the impression that oral health is of more value than general health because I spend a lot my time educating them on the need to keep good oral health...... I am most suprised at fellow intellectuals who feed on every media publication hook line and sinker without verifying the whole truth ....... I am a hard worker but I also believe in prayers........ prayer shows our faith in God and that with Him we are able to do the impossible. ..... so as we step out this week..I pray that God will cause us all to keep working hard to help build a better nation....
