Mercury Contributes To Radio Democracys Building Project The station Manageress of Radio Democracy on FM 98.1, Mrs. Asma James, today received a cheque sum of thirty million Leones from chairman Mercury International Samir K. Hassanyeh, as support for their building project. The proposal was sent two weeks ago, soliciting support for a new structure to house the stations facilities. Thrilled station manageress Mrs Asma. James said I am so grateful to Mercury, this is the second time they are stepping in to help us out of financial hurdles, the first was the provision of a generator, and now this.
