Merry Christmas! Perhaps you are going out with family and friends to enjoy a Christmas movie. If so, heres a sneak peek at a movie produced this year, featuring our area in a big way, and will soon be making the film festival rounds. OR-7 is one of the most famous residents of Oregon right now. When he disbursed from his native pack in NE Oregon, he headed across the state directly cross-country...straight to Crater Lakes Backyard. He was spotted here and tracked (via a GPS collar) throughout our area, the lower Klamath Basin and into California for several months before returning to his home state. He has since fathered pups with another wolf who also came from one of the NE Oregon packs, and has settled his new family in the mountains of Crater Lakes Backyard.
