On the 25th day of Fitness, Bridget gave to us….25 sumo squat jumps, 24 single leg squat pulses, 23 beast thigh touches, 22 straight leg switches, 21 toe-reaching crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 19 large arm circles (forward and backwards),18 arm pulses (up/down, backward circles, forward circles), 17 toe taps, 16 skater lunges, 15 down dog pushups, 14 W back flyes, 13 W pulses, 12 wheels, 11 oblique crunches, 10 elbow plank leg lifts, 9 elbow pike ups, 8 awesome push-ups, 7 narrow/wide squat jumps, 6 runners lunges, 5 sumo burpees!, 4 triceps push-ups, 3 Piyo push-ups, 2 starfish side planks, and a 1 minute plank to work your core!
