After all of the things that Filipinos did for their company to be one of the Top Companies in the call center industry this is what we get? Let me have this moment to point out some things, Cal center people are not able to celebrate Christmas, New Year, Birthdays with their families. Not to mention agents going on IMMORTAL MODE or WATER PROOF MODE just to go to work. Call center people put their lives at risk just to report for work, some get held up specially during odd hours when most people are already sleeping and resting. People are getting sick because of getting abnormal sleeping habits because we need to follow U.S time. Im glad I dont work here because the company obviously does not appreciate me being a Filipino. CCAP should be looking into this so they get reprimanded.
