Message to the Church, Choked by Thorns First and Foremost, As the Letter Writer, and not as the one who has these things against you, but rather being the forerunner, and putting his thoughts into living Words, With added salt Who are you, that He speaks to? I ask Roses do not grow stalks of Clover, and yet, The Christ, is called, The Rose of Sharon. He is trampled under foot, As a rose cast down to the ground For While He is a Beautiful Teacher, His Words are damning to the majority, and as a result, they cannot follow. For they want the Rose, but not the Thorns which come with it. Therefore, The Thorns of the Plant, Choke their Minds See, If you will, The Rose is Christ, and the Thorns, Is everything pertaining to carrying the Cross. They want the Christ, But not the Punishment that comes with following him. Instead, If you will, this church takes the good, and disregards the bad. They have therefore, Denied the Christ, as Peter did These are they which understand the death of Jesus upon the Cross, But deny that even still today, they too are to carry their own cross And to the Messenger of this church, Write These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty (but You are Rich!) Because like the Rich young ruler, you wont surrender the world, you cling to that which perishes. And I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the Synagogue of the Adversary. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold the devil shall cast some of you into prison, not as the Bailiff doth the Prisoner in a courtroom, But rather, The devil shall throw your soul into the Abyss of Persecution and Affliction, that you may be tried in the fire, and sifted by the devil, as wheat is sifted in a sieve, or as animals tossed about like pottage in an ark on rough and stormy seas, and you shall have tribulation ten days. Be Thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of Life, Saith the Lord He that has a mind to understand, let him understand what the spirit says to the churches. He that overcomes shall not be hurt by second death
