Metabolic Workout: Jump Rope (60seconds), Lunge w/Reverse Flye, Lateral Lunge w/Twist, Alternating Split Deadlift, Squat to Reach. Chair Dips, Oblique Crunch, Plank Hold, Squat Jump, Pike Pushups, Seated Dumbbell Curl. (Do each exercise for 60 seconds with the exception of the pushups and the curls and repeat) Complete this workout with a good series of Post-workout stretching and you will have an awesome start to an even more Awesomely Spectacular Day!
