WEDNESDAY, 21ST AUGUST 2013 THE SURE GUIDE “The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly Proverbs 20:27 Have you ever wondered why some Christians seem to be living an enviable and exciting life while other Christian’s lives just seem to drag on uninterestingly? Well wonder no further because the answer is here. My dear, man is not the physical body we can see with our optical eyes. The real man is a spirit; he has a soul and lives in a body. However, just the same way you can groom your physical body and make it attractive; you can also groom your spirit man which is of greater importance. A man who succeeds in grooming his spirit has signed an official deal with God to dominate and conquer this world. The one who does not will most definitely be a slave to the world and its system. Grooming your spirit man is important because it is the light of God within you. It is this light that God uses to direct and instruct you. It is also with this light He’ll reveal worth-while opportunities to you. Should there be any danger whatsoever ahead, this light is God’s primary way of sensitizing you to them. How then can you afford not to train this very important and vital part of your being? Many would not have lost out in fraudulent business deals if only they knew. Many are treading the wrong path in their relationships, career, businesses and many more without knowing it. All you see on the surface is not usually all there is, only the light of God within you can help you spot out the difference. Physical food has being given for the nourishment of the body, without it the human body will die. In the same vein the word of God has being given for the nourishment, training and grooming of the human spirit. To be on top in life and remain a victorious Christian, you must subject your human spirit to the word of God. By doing so, it’ll be easier for you to decipher the voice of God and remain several steps ahead of any trick the devil might try to pull on you. Even if you have made mistakes and missed your steps, it’s not too late now. Start enriching your spirit man with the word of God, it’ll not only correct the mistakes but will see to it that you never veer off-course again.
