Mexi-Corn Dip Ok The Actual Recipe calls for the following: 2 cans Mexi-corn (at walmart in can veg. On top shelf lil short fat cans) 1c. Mayonnaise 1c. Sour Cream 8oz. Sharp shredded cheese 2tbls. Chopped fine Jalapeños 1c. Chopped Green Onions 1/2c. Chopped Bell Peppers 2 to 4 tbls. Texas Pete Hot Sauce (according to how hot you want it) (Ok now I have added my own to this as well. So add this too) 4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese 1 can black beans (washed and drained) I use 2 actually ;) 1 pre made Pico De Gallo (I get it in the fresh veg. Section at walmart along with my bell pepper and green onions already cut up) (The pico de gallo is not the salsa its just the precut tomatoes, peppers, chillis etc etc) Salt to taste Mix all ingredients and place covered in fridge for 6 hours to chill and firm then I love Tostidos scoops!!
