Michael Moore must have no concept of combat. It has nothing to do with fighting fair. It is about dominance, absolute dominance. You cant get your feelings hurt because somebody you love went to combat and didnt get to face his killer. Awful things happen in combat, including death. The wolf doesnt make sure his prey sees him before an attack. He attacks at the most opportune moment for his benefit and his benefit only. It has nothing to do with fairness. It is about dominance, absolute dominance. It is war!
