Michael Noonan and Enda Kenny have for the last week been in - TopicsExpress

Michael Noonan and Enda Kenny have for the last week been in election mode and running scared, trying to transfer their fears to the voters – ‘Oh, if ye don’t vote for us it will be Armageddon, Sinn Féin will bring the country to rack and ruin!’ I have news for you Enda, though if youve been looking at the polls over the last year and more it shouldn’t be news at all – the next government will have more than Sinn Féin at the reins, it will also be heavily influenced by Independents. And I have further news for you – this will a positive move for Ireland, a very positive move. What’s so wrong about an independent thinker, what’s so wrong about politicians who think and act for their constituents, politicians who are influenced only by what’s best for those who elected her or him? The independents Im talking about are coming from out of the many huge protest movements we’re seeing across the country, they’re coming from among the people themselves. Whats happening here is simple: the people have found their voice and those like Enda and Michael and Joan – and all their cheerleaders in the media – who have become used to telling us how and what to think are getting nervous. We are all born with a brain, which gives us freedom to think for ourselves; we are all born with free will, which gives us freedom to act for ourselves. Thats exactly whats happening now and thats why the government parties are running scared, thats why our major media is running scared. The last thing they want is a people who think for themselves, a people who will no longer believe the government lies or their favoured media spinners, a people who will elect those who come forward from these major mass movements with no party-whipped narrow agenda. The latest opinion polls have Independents well out in front and its presented as disaster - its not. Unlike party politicians who are content to be whipped into the party line, Independents think and act for themselves, just as are those who are now protesting; they are using their brains, their free will. With Independents in government, decisions will still be made, there will still be a majority in every vote, there will still be a minority. The thinking of the decision-makers though will have changed, no longer dictated by the big four (Kenny, Noonan, Burton, Howlin), who are themselves most influenced by the overlords of the IFSC and by the likes of Google and Apple, who are themselves also bullied and frightened by the EU, the EC, the ECB; these new decision-makers will be influenced by the people. Yesterday the paper of record described the polls as volatile. Whats volatile about a consistent trend? Things are changing whether the establishment likes it or not. It says It all that if only 50 thousand turn out to the protest next Wednesday it will be deemed by the national media as was a failure. A few more failures like it and this government is gone.
