Microsoft Dynamics Familiarisation Sessions Microsoft Dynamics is a Microsoft based ERP system. We were asked to deliver familiarisation training sessions to an entire company prior to the users undertaking the testing for their areas. The familiarisation sessions were informal and undertaken in small groups with a trainer ensuring that they could navigate the system and understand the full implications of using the new ERP system. As these sessions were very informal the users felt at ease and were able to ask any questions, some of which were added to the overall question log. Familiarisation sessions work really well when new software is rolled out to new companies. The more formal training can follow later nearer the Go Live Date.
