Mid-week rant coming .....Virgin internet problems again today, theyre working on the cables so an on/off service - 5 months of this so far :-( Crappiest internet service Ive ever had - Virgin havent delivered the efficient high speed fibre optic broadband service they contracted to provide since we changed to them 5 months ago! Virgin inform me that its because the system is over-subscribed and exceeds the capacity (but they continue to sell!), that theyre in the process to laying extra cables to cope ..... so far, 5 months and still not done! Lesson learnt - ask your neighbours about the efficiency of their internet service providers before you sign a contract! :-(
